Video Conversion

Video Conversion can be a real pain especially when you don’t know what you are doing. The top reasons for wanting to convert video generally are

A. To Place it on a dvd

B. Convert it to a format that is readable by another piece of hardware (eg. Ipod/PSP/mobile phone)

If you need a program to convert movies over to DVD your best commercail choice is Nero. If you are looking for something free I would recommend DVD Shrink and Final Burner. If the programs cannot read the file type you will just have to convert it using one of the tools discussed below.
